Regarding the level of gauge block:
The gauge block is divided into five levels, namely k,00, 0, as-1, as-2, with 00 level having the highest accuracy. The commonly used levels are 0,as-1, as-2.
HS Steel Guage Block require maintenance after use, and the conventional maintenance method is to apply oil. Compared to tungsten steel and ceramic gauges, HS Steel Guage Block are much cheaper, but their service life is not as long as theirs.
HS Steel Guage Block can fully meet the requirements of conventional high-precision measurement and has a high cost-effectiveness.
