Regarding the level of gauge block:
The gauge block is divided into five levels, namely k, 0,1, 2, 3.with k level having the highest accuracy. The commonly used levels are 0,1, 2.
Taking a 100mm gauge block as an example, the maximum length deviation in level 0 is ± 0.3 μ m, and the maximum length deviation in level 1 is ± 0.6 μ m.
We also offer customization of irregular and non-standard parts.
HS Steel Guage Block require maintenance after use, and the conventional maintenance method is to apply oil. Compared to tungsten steel and ceramic gauges, HS Steel Guage Block are much cheaper, but their service life is not as long as theirs.
