The accuracy level of HSS measuring block set is divided into conventional level 0 and level 1. Compared with the national standard level 0 and level 1, there is a slight difference in accuracy, with a difference of about 0.1um-0.2um. But it can fully meet the requirements of conventional high-precision measurement and has a high cost-effectiveness.
HS Steel Guage Block require maintenance after use, and the conventional maintenance method is to apply oil. Compared to tungsten steel and ceramic gauges, HS Steel Guage Block are much cheaper, but their service life is not as long as theirs.
