II. Customization Process

   • Flatness Measurement: Ten points are selected on the gauge’s surface for flatness measurement, and each measured value meets the 0.002mm flatness requirement, with diameter tolerances within ±0.001mm, demonstrating exceptional performance.

III. Customization Results

After our meticulous design and manufacturing, a ceramic gauge fully meeting the client’s requirements was delivered. The specific measurement results are as follows:

• Diameter: The measured diameter is 109.98mm, fully complying with the tolerance requirement of 110mm ± 0.05mm.
