Regarding the level of gauge block:
The gauge block is divided into five levels, namely K, 0, 1, 2, and 3, with K level having the highest accuracy. The commonly used levels are 0 and 1. Taking a 100mm gauge block as an example, the maximum length deviation in level 0 is ± 0.3 μ m, and the maximum length deviation in level 1 is ± 0.6 μ m.

- Easy Processing and Maintenance: Despite high hardness, modern technology allows precise machining and grinding. Maintenance is simple, requiring regular cleaning and calibration.
